In order to ensure that your delivery is successful, your participation is needed. Below are answers to commonly asked questions about OnlyWow deliveries :

I. When will I receive my delivery? 
In the shopping cart, you will receive an Estimated Delivery Date. Please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery date for your order. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries to the delivery zip code. Our system calculates this estimated date considering the total amount of time to process your order including: packaging, transit time to the delivery provider, and transit time to the delivery address.  

When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery Date :

  • Order Processing: The amount of time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping. This typically takes 1 – 2 days however some orders may ship within as few as 4 hrs and some may take up to 7 days. 
  • Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave our distribution center and arrive at the local delivery carrier. 

When the delivery provider receives your order and is ready to schedule a delivery date, they will attempt to contact you at the telephone number that you provided in your order. At that time, they will let you know what days of the week they are able to deliver to your area. Deliveries will be made between the hours of 8am and 10pm on the delivery day you select. The company will call you prior to the scheduled delivery and will provide you with an approximate time window. The company will make every effort to deliver within the time window provided. 

II. How to prepare for your delivery? 
The Company has been contracted to perform the delivery service to one room of choice at the delivery address. If the delivery cannot be made to this room, the transporters will place your products in an alternate room at the same address. Please make sure there is adequate access and space to complete the delivery – prior to delivery ensure that there is adequate room to make the delivery considering hallways, staircases and elevators. 

III. Who needs to sign for my delivery? 
Either you or your representative, that is 18 years of age or older, must be present to receive the merchandise at the agreed upon day and time window. If no one is available to receive the delivery, a re-delivery fee may be applied to your order. This agreement is with you and OnlyWow .The Company shall not be responsible if you decide to hire a 3rd party to accept, receive and sign the handover of items without the notations of visible defects of packaging, damaged items, or missing merchandise. 

IV. What am I responsible for upon delivery? 
Please be sure to sign the Delivery Order Note in the presence of the Delivery Company representative to indicate your delivery has been received. Examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged, missing or incorrect pieces. In the event that there are missing, damaged or incorrect packages, please retain the item(s), indicate the problem on the Delivery Note and contact us within 48 hours of your delivery. A signed delivery receipt, without notations of missing, damaged or incorrect item(s) represents your acceptance of the complete order in perfect condition. For any other problem with your order, please refer to our return policy. 

V. What additional fees may apply? 
There may be circumstances that require additional payment by you if the conditions mentioned have not been met or you require special services outside of our standard delivery. 
[For example, if you need a specified time window, your address is not tractor trailer accessible, you were not available for your scheduled delivery, delivery not made due to unsafe conditions, not indicating missing pieces on the delivery note, etc.] 

VI. Delivering to a Trade Show or Convention Center? 
In order to ensure that your delivery is processed as quickly as possible; please contact us. Please indicate to the advisor that your order will be delivered to a tradeshow, convention center or a freight forwarder. Additional delivery information is required to ensure accurate processing of your order. Additional delivery charges may apply to these order types based on time frame and location for delivery. 

VII. Delivering to a Freight Forwarder? 
In order to ensure that your delivery is processed as quickly as possible; please contact us. Please indicate to the advisor that your order will be delivered to a freight forwarder. Additional delivery information is required to ensure accurate processing of your order. Additional delivery charges may apply to these order types based on time frame and location for delivery.  

VIII. Can I make changes to the delivery address after I place my order? 
We cannot make any changes to the delivery address once your online order is placed. Orders placed online or over the phone begin processing immediately in our system to ensure order fulfillment and shipping time. If the delivery address must be changed, your order will have to be cancelled and then replaced. We apologize for any inconvenience. 

IX- How many attempts will be made? 
We will make 2 delivery attempts for Parcel deliveries. After the 1stfailed attempt at delivery, the package(s) are delivered to your sponsor to prompt delivery to you. If such 2nd delivery is also failed then the package shall be returned to our warehouse and we will issue a credit for your merchandise only. If you would like to have the merchandise re-delivered, you will be responsible for the re-
delivery fee.  

Return/cancelation/Refund policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by phone, we’ll solve immediately, else you can proceed further to Return/refund policy as mentioned below:

We have a 24-Hour return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase & Delivery Receipt.


How To Return An Item /cancle the order


1. If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. For outright cancellations by you :

2. To exchange/return the goods if he finds any manufacturing defect or the goods purchased is not useful for the purpose it was meant, within 30 days from the date of purchases, provided any seal/protection on the goods is kept unbroken.       

3. Please send an email to account@onlywow.in to request a refund and we will process for refund against your request.

Also, send the products to the company head office or authorized sale point as per billing conditions.


4. Your Package should include a signed letter stating the reason for your return along with the original invoice or delivery challan and ID, ADDRESS Proof to the company with the goods.



To start a return, you can contact us at mail: contact@onlywow.in  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Return Exceptions

Items cannot be returned if they are opened.



If you think you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care or email us at dispatch@onlywow.in mentioning your ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost within 7working days. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back. Return duration is 10 days apart from condition reserved herein above.


The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, 

1. Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product after receiving from the delivery boy.

2. Any product that is returned without all original packaging including the retail box originally included with the product at the time of delivery.

3. Any product without a valid, readable, unhampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number/Batch number.



Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Restocking Fee and Refund:

There are no restocking fees. But, we also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order, this will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of return of the products.

The Products under this category are returnable within 7 days from date of delivery only if they are damaged, defective, have a missing part or are different from what was ordered basis the product description from what was ordered on OnlyWow

For products such as mobiles, tablets, smart watches or laptops, etc. (any item which you can install without the assistance of a technician) you are required to contact OnlyWow customer care to intimate of any physical damage or defect etc, within 72 hours of delivery. For products being reported for physical damage or defect or has a missing accessory or is different from what was ordered basis the description on OnlyWow website returns will only be accepted if the product has not been activated.

In case of any issue arising after 7 days of delivery users may contact the manufacturer directly under the product warranty provided by the manufacturer (as applicable).

Please keep the Product in its original condition, with brand outer box, MRP tags attached, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up. In case the Product is accepted where the package is tampered or the box is damaged, it will automatically disqualify you from any return claims for physically damaged/defective products, incorrect product, or missing accessories.

You should make sure that you erase any/all personal information from an electronic device that stores any personal information, prior to returning to us.

Electronics (Televisions, Large Appliances like Air Coolers, Air Conditioner, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Microwave)

For products such as air conditioners, televisions, water purifiers, refrigerators, convection microwave or washing machine, etc (any item which requires installation/ demonstration by an authorized technician), please contact the OnlyWow customer care to register damage or defect within 7 days of delivery*.

You shall have the option to contact the Brand or the seller directly or OnlyWow shall arrange for a visit of a technician from service point/the Brand/ Seller to assess the damage or defect and accordingly initiate the return.

*Products will not be eligible for returns if they are installed by a third-party technician not assigned by OnlyWow.

Please keep the Product in its original condition, with brand outer box, MRP tags attached, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up. In case the Product is accepted where the package is tampered or the box is damaged, it will automatically disqualify you from any return claims for physically damaged/defective products, incorrect product, or missing accessories.

Electronics - Personal Care & Grooming - Oral care (Power Toothbrushes, Water Flosses and Accessories) Grooming (shavers, trimmer, epilator); Audio (in ear-earphones/ ear-bud)

Products under this category are non-returnable due to hygiene/ personal care/wellness, and consumable nature of the Product.

In the rare event you receive a damaged, defective or different product you may return the Product on door-step delivery for the aforesaid reasons.

In case you receive a Product which is damaged or defective or is different from what was ordered basis the Product description provided on OnlyWow, you may contact OnlyWow customer care for initiating return/refund process within 72 hours of the delivery of the Product. We may ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to processing the refund.

Please keep the Product in its original condition, with brand outer box, MRP tags attached, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging to enable us to ascertain the damage and process the refund. In case the Product is accepted where the package is tampered or the box is damaged, it will automatically disqualify you from any return claims for physically damaged/defective products, incorrect product, or missing accessories.

All Pet Food (including Dog, Cat, Bird, Fish, Turtle etc.) and Grooming Aids and Accessories, Cat Litter & Accessories, Health & Hygiene, Harness and Collars

Products under this category are non-returnable due to hygiene/ personal care/wellness, and consumable nature of the Product. However, in an unlikely event of you having concerns with the quality, freshness or physical condition of the Product delivered, you may return the Product on door-step delivery for the aforesaid reasons.

We may contact you to ascertain the quality, freshness or physical condition of the product prior to issuing refund.

In case you receive a product that is different from what was ordered basis the Product description provided on OnlyWow, you may contact OnlyWow customer care for initiating return/refund process within 48 hours of the delivery of the Product.

Pet Toys, Aquarium & Accessories, Bird Accessories & Cages, and Other Pets Accessories, Training & behavior Aids, Leashes, Habitats and Supplies, and Apparel

You may return the Product if it is damaged, defective or is not in working condition, or if parts of the Product or accessory is missing, or if the Product delivered is different from what was ordered basis the Product description provided on OnlyWow.

In addition to the aforementioned conditions, we will accept the return if you keep the Products in its original condition, along with brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.

However, in the rare event if the Product is damaged or defective or has missing part or different from what was ordered basis the Product description provided on OnlyWow, you are required to contact OnlyWow customer care to intimate any damage or defect or missing part or difference in the Product basis the description provided on OnlyWow, within 72 hours of delivery.

In any case, the return shall be initiated only when the Product is not used, and is cleaned, not altered or tampered by you. The Product should not have any foul odour, perfume, stains, dents, scratches, tears or damages unless otherwise delivered in such a condition.

In addition to the abovementioned conditions, we will accept the return if you keep the Product in its original condition, along with brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.

Any damage caused to the Product post-delivery due to wrong handling or poor assembly by you, such damage would render the Product ineligible for return/ refund.

In case of any issue arising after 7 days of delivery users may contact the manufacturer directly under the product warranty provided by the manufacturer (as applicable).

Auto Care (car freshener, cleaning kits, brake fluid and lubricants, paint care, wax and shampoos, batteries and accessories)

Non-returnable

Products under this category are non-returnable due to consumable nature. In the rare event you receive a damaged, defective or different product you may return the Product on door-step delivery for the aforesaid reasons.

Raising a request for refund beyond 24 hours of order delivery will result in your refund request being rejected.
